They completed a "text feature surgery" where they cut out various text features from magazines and glued them onto body cutouts! They have been learning about text features all week and it culminated in this exciting project! Kudos 3rd grade ELA teachers!

Congratulations to Ms. Stevens' 2nd-grade class for earning our BES T.C.C. PE Class of the Week for 21-11/12-15-2023. These students used exemplary social skills in their PE class this week. They used "teamwork, communication skills, and cooperation skills" to help them enjoy a fun, active, and safe PE class. Thank you to these girls and boys for being good role models for our BES students. We are proud of you 🙂
