Congratulations to Ms. Berry’s kindergarten class for earning our BES T.C.C. PE Class of the Week for 8-19/8-23. This class was exceptionally well behaved, listened to instructions, then correctly performed our activities in the safe and fun environment that they created.
This was quite an achievement of using T.C.C. “teamwork, communication, and cooperation” skills by this wonderful kindergarten class.

Congratulations to Mrs. Pope’s 3rd Grade Class for earning our BES T.C.C. PE Class of the Week for 8-12/8-16. These girls and boys used wonderful social skills in their PE class this week. They displayed great teamwork skills, communication skills, and cooperation skills (T.C.C.) during their class. The effect of using these social skills created a team friendly environment that allowed safe and fun activities to be enjoyed by all the students. Keep up the good work🙂
Today, letters were sent home with students who have not completed the registration process. Please check your child's folder to see if they got one. Students who do not complete registration will not be able to report to school on Monday, August 12, 2024.
We are excited to welcome students back on campus tomorrow, August 7, 2024! Parents may walk their children to their K-4 classrooms between 7:10-8am. The Byhalia Elementary School office will be closed until 1pm today, August 2, 2024, due to district meetings. We will be open from 1-3:30pm.
MCSD requires that every enrolled student be completely registered by Friday, August 9th. If you have a RETURNING student and have not provided updated proofs of residency AND completed online registration, then your child will not be able to return after August 9th. BES has open online registration until July 31st.
