Greetings BES families and welcome to another wonderful year at Byhalia Elementary School!

I am excited to serve as BES's Principal this school year. This is my eleventh year at BES and third year as principal. I graduated from The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in English and Social Studies, as well as a Mild and Moderate Disability endorsement. I obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Mississippi in Curriculum Planning and Instruction. I obtained a Specialist's Degree from Arkansas State University in Educational Leadership. This is my ninth year at Byhalia Elementary School. I absolutely love it at BES!

In order for our students to receive the best education possible, students, parents, faculty, staff, administrators, and the community must work together! Each day, BES faculty and staff strive to establish a safe and positive learning environment in which all students are celebrated for their individuality.
